BASAL – BICORTICALISM AT MAXIMUM POWER

The rounded apex and the spiral with a progressive profile impact and thread into the cortices, making contact without compression for maximum primary stability, anchoring firmly to the laminar bone structures.

IMMEDIATE LOADING AS A GOAL (WITH FULL WARRANTY)

The anatomical collar, with a rounded and thin apex, and the profile of the truncated cone spiral are the prerequisites for obtaining the ideal contact without compression that makes the basal implants perfect for immediate loading. The final anti-rotational stop and the atraumatic progressive threading complete the fundamental characteristics of these, particularly sharp implants.

      PATENTED, CERTIFIED, AND GUARANTEED DESIGN

It is the combination of various silhouettes and profiles analyzed and tested over time, which we have improved, to ensure the optimization of the surgery and the success of immediate loading prosthetics. THE

LOGARITHM THAT ENSURES THE MAXIMUM RESULT

Basal implants are very sharp and can thread the hard laminar pits, the most resistant ones, to make them solid support for immediate prosthetic loading. They have been designed with a thin and minimally invasive core with a rounded apex, right where the spiral is born. This first anchoring allows stabilization of the implant apex in cortical support, thus concluding and finalizing the surgery performed with the bicortical technique. Each available size has been designed to adapt perfectly to the existing bone quality, having each basal implant its own pitch, its own aggressiveness, and its own compression dictated by the logarithm with which it was created.
